For anybody who wants to step into the web hosting scene, there are a few mandatory requirements – a computer with internet connections, the online availability of the host and the data store that is used by the system, the validation scripts required for the managed hosting and obviously the main kernel. It is mandatory that these three are well knit to ensure successful hosting. Everybody has to go an extra mile to be the best and these internet sites go a long way in helping this cause.

North Georgia Homes
The value of Real Estate on Lake Lanier in North Georgia is conditioned on several factors. The views of the lake, the ability to have a dock, and the depth of water under the dock help determine value. So with the war over water with our downstream States, are we seeing a permanent loss of value. As a seasoned Realtor in the Lake Lanier real estate market, I am concerned. With talk of building additional reservoirs in the North Georgia area are we dooming the lake? My thoughts are this, if we create other sources for drinking water for Atlanta and surrounding metro area, are we then giving the State of Florida more excuse to empty our lake? I am aware of the impact to the oyster field in Apalachicola Florida but wonder if Florida takes into consideration our financial loss.
